Definition of Technical Win

When the technical team of a prospective customer has been convinced that a company's solution meets their requirements and can solve their problems. This can happen during a sales cycle through a technical evaluation, such as a proof of concept (POC).

Example: The SaaS product offered the key features that the prospective customer needed, so the company had a technical win, but the AE still needed to close the sale.
