Definition of Core Hours

When a company has a flexible working schedule for employees, this is the set of hours all employees are expected to be online, available for meetings, and answer any chat messages or emails.

Example: We have a flexible working schedule, but we have a set of core hours from 10:00AM to 1:00PM PT that everybody is expected to be online for, so we can have team meetings as needed.
